Lil Wayne has just announced more dates added to his epic tour celebrating two decades of his ‘Tha Carter’ series of albums - and he’s coming to your hood! That’s right, Clarkston, Lil Wayne is coming to the Pine Knob Music Theatre on 24 July 2026 with his ‘20+ Years of Carter Classics Tour’ alongside special guest 2 Chainz!

20 years since Lil Wayne’s fourth and fifth albums Tha Carter and Tha Carter II shot to the top of the charts. The Carter III boasted the face-melting hits Lollipop, A Milli, and Got Money, landing him a Grammy Award. The rest of the Tha Carter albums were massive successes too, and most recently in 2025, Tha Carter VI dropped to much critical acclaim.

The 20+ Years Of Carter Classics tour is scheduled to kick off at the end of June 2026 in Bangor, Maine, with stops in Des Moines, Clarkston, Long Beach, Rogers, Denver, Camden, Greenville, Charleston, and Lexington, among others on the itinerary before wrapping up in Knoxville, Tennessee, in late October 2026.
Lil Wayne will be joined by American rapper, songwriter, and actor 2 Chainz, best known for smashers such as Olha A Esplosão, Mercy, and We Own It.
It’ll all be going down at Michigan’s number one amphitheatre for all things world-class entertainment - the place where electricity oozes off the stage, where hit-filled energy pumps all through the night, and where excitement and fun sits on the throne!
